Re-registration is the process of moving existing business names and companies from the old paper-based records to the new Online Business Registry. It confirms that your current information is accurate and brings your entity under the new laws.
No. Re-registration is free of charge for all existing business names and companies.
The deadline to re-register is 31 March 2027. Any entity that has not re-registered by this date will be removed from the register.
Yes. You must first create an online user account and obtain "authority to file" for your specific business or company before you can submit a re-registration application.
